Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 1 From Denise: Paul and I married February 26, 1982, so we just celebrated our 25th anniversary. Now he's on his own here in Lubbock and I still haven't learned my lesson! |

Occupation: Associate Professor of
Spanish, University of Oklahoma Website: oumodernlanguages.com/ Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 2 From Bruce A.: I would have liked to get to know many old friends (yikes, I mean, "former friends") in Lubbock but I am not in the country at present. I work in literature, and I want to apologize for my performance in English classes at Coronado and at Texas Tech. I teach upper-division undergraduate and graduate courses in Spanish. I research the interrelations between modern Spanish writers and music. Being an intellectual in the USA is great even though Presidents Bush and Cheney refused to follow my advice and surrender themselves to federal authorities! Best wishes to all of you and yours. |

Occupation: Mr. Mom
Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 4 From Les: After graduation I never went to UNM to play football, but went to South Plains College and threw the shotput for 2 years. I turned down Clemson to go to Tech for 1/2 a semester. I quit Tech and went to work because I got tired of depending on my parents and watching my dad go to work every day while I played. I got married in 1984 to my soulmate and best friend, Leslie. Together we renovated and old farmhouse and live on a small acreage near Wolfforth. Two years ago I retired from Culligan to stay with my daughter, Macy, while Leslie teaches 6th grade Science in Frenship. We have 4 children. Macy is 2 years old, and it was no accident. Mitch is 14 and a freshman at Frenship High School. Our twins, Mark and Andy are 19, and are sophomore Youth and Family Ministry majors at Lubbock Christian University. I have had a wonderful life, so far. I'm middle aged, fat, bald, and ugly. But, my family thinks I'm beautiful, and I'm the happiest man I know. |
